Job summary

Guidehouse in McLean, VA seeks an agile program manager to lead stand-ups and sprint reviews for a data analytics initiative, coordinating a large development team and key stakeholders to keep work on track. What You Will Do:

• Lead daily stand-up meetings and bi‑weekly sprint reviews for a large agile development team supporting a data analytics program.

• Coordinate across technical teams and key stakeholders to resolve dependencies, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Monitor development progress and risks, and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership.

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “PUBLIC TRUST”; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree

• THREE (3) years of relevant experience facilitating meetings in an agile delivery environment.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and focused.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Background or hands‑on experience supporting data analytics initiatives and technology development projects.

• Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA
