Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional in Tysons, VA to develop and enhance Qlik dashboards and analytics products for CBP Trade. You will work with product owners and teams throughout sprints to refine requirements and ensure successful delivery.

The role involves presenting analytics solutions to stakeholders, gathering feedback, and supporting backlog refinement while monitoring risks and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve delivery effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Public Trust clearance is required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years' experience in agile delivery and data analytics projects.

What You Will Do

• Develop, enhance, and support Qlik dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical products that enable CBP Trade mission decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams throughout the sprint lifecycle to refine requirements, address dependencies, and support successful delivery of analytics capabilities.

• Demonstrate analytics models, dashboards, and reporting solutions to stakeholders and end users, gathering feedback to validate functionality, inform enhancements, and support user adoption.

• Provide daily status updates on development progress, upcoming activities, risks, and impediments during Agile team and stakeholder meetings.

• Support backlog refinement, user story development, and requirements analysis to ensure business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.

• Monitor project risks and issues, facilitate resolution with appropriate stakeholders, and provide regular reporting to program leadership.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve analytics products, processes, and overall delivery effectiveness.

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree

• FIVE (5) or more years' experience facilitating meetings in an agile delivery environment and supporting data analytics initiatives and technology development projects.
