Job summary

Soccer Shots Southwest Las Vegas is seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to lead agile processes from a remote location. You will empower cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with product goals and stakeholder needs.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, collaboration, and delivering high-quality outcomes for youth soccer programs in the Las Vegas community. Remote work flexibility is offered to support team success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and Kanban.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working with Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps to manage work items.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices.
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress and sprint delivery.
• Track and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
