Job summary

NLP Logix is hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support three to five teams delivering AI and technology solutions for clients. You will facilitate Scrum practices, remove blockers, and improve delivery predictability and transparency.

The role requires strong communication, trust-building, and the ability to keep delivery moving in a fast-paced client-facing environment. Collaboration with Product Owners and Program Managers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Four or more years of Scrum Master experience with Agile delivery teams.
• Hands-on Jira experience and familiarity with Confluence.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support multiple teams, navigate team dynamics, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement to support clear sprint commitments.
• Help teams remove impediments and cross-team blockers and delivery risks.
• Partner with Product Owners and Program Managers to clarify acceptance criteria and align sprint work with milestones.
• Monitor sprint performance and provide weekly Sprint Health Reports highlighting progress and risks.
• Maintain organized Jira boards and clear team documentation in Confluence.
• Participate in sprint demos and client status meetings.
• Turn retrospective feedback into practical improvements and follow through on actions.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support three to five teams delivering AI and technology solutions for our clients. You’ll help teams consistently meet commitments by facilitating Scrum practices, removing blockers, and improving delivery predictability and transparency.

What You’ll Do

Lead Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement to support clear, achievable sprint commitments.

Help teams take ownership, remove impediments, and eliminate cross‑team blockers and delivery risks.

Partner with Product Owners and Program Managers to clarify acceptance criteria and align sprint work with project milestones.

Monitor sprint performance and provide weekly Sprint Health Reports highlighting progress, blockers, risks, and delivery trends.

Maintain organized Jira boards and clear team documentation in Confluence.

Participate in sprint demos and occasional weekly client status meetings.

Turn retrospective feedback into practical improvements and follow through on action items.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.

Four or more years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile delivery teams.

Hands‑on Jira experience and familiarity with Confluence.

Strong facilitation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to support multiple teams, navigate team dynamics, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Comfort working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you’ll establish trusted relationships with Scrum teams and clients, strengthen visibility into progress and risks, and help teams improve delivery predictability and consistently meet commitments.
