Job summary

Solomon Page seeks an experienced Scrum Master to join a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive successful delivery across programs.

This contract-to-hire role requires strong Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices, plus hands-on Azure DevOps, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $55–$60 per hour on W2 and a path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master able to start with minimal training.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and SAFe practices.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Interest or experience with AI, automation, Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, or Power Automate is a plus.
• Must be interested in a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity and able to meet hybrid work expectations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum and SAFe principles to ensure effective delivery.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Maintain Agile project tracking and reporting using Azure DevOps.
• Foster transparent communication, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
• Escalate risks and issues appropriately while supporting timely resolution.
• Support onboarding activities and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Leverage AI and automation tools, where applicable, to improve team efficiency and delivery.
