Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd in Green Bay, WI is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile practices for teams of varying sizes. The ideal candidate will guide teams through Scrum ceremonies and empower them to deliver projects efficiently.

You will remove impediments, coach Product Owners and stakeholders, monitor progress with metrics, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master for small to large teams.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to coach teams and organizations in agile adoption and continuous improvement
