Job summary

Concero is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive and scale agile delivery within our growing SaaS organization. This role partners with product, engineering and leadership to ensure predictable delivery and aligned priorities.

You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple teams, coordinate cross-team work, and continuously improve delivery processes to achieve on-time releases and high quality. This is onsite 3 days per week in Creve Coeur, MO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading agile delivery across multiple teams in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Background in roles such as Agile Delivery Lead, Technical Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or Senior Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of modern product delivery and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, and complex delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive alignment across product, engineering, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end agile delivery across multiple product and engineering teams
• Drive delivery execution, timelines, and accountability to ensure on-time, high-quality releases
• Facilitate key agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) while focusing on outcomes
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritization and roadmap alignment
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers to maintain delivery momentum
• Track and report on delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, release progress) to leadership
• Coordinate program-level planning and stakeholder communication
• Establish and reinforce scalable agile frameworks and delivery best practices
• Continuously improve delivery processes, team performance, and operational efficiency
