Job summary

Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in South Carolina to facilitate Agile Scrum processes and guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions. The role focuses on coordinating Scrum activities, removing impediments, and ensuring Agile best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure on-time delivery, scope adherence, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies.
• 3+ years of experience with database querying and programming.
• 3+ years of experience using Agile project management tools.
• 3+ years of experience working in hybrid project environments (Agile & Waterfall).
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Remove blockers and impediments affecting team productivity.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and team feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track project progress, KPIs, risks, and issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products within project timelines.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster an Agile mindset and culture of continuous improvement.
