Job summary

Actalent in Colorado Springs seeks a Scrum Master to facilitate ART level events, coach teams, and drive Agile/DevSecOps alignment. The role focuses on PI Planning, backlog guidance, and value flow improvements in a hybrid environment.

You will establish ART metrics, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple teams. A security clearance and Agile certifications are required for this contractor position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Secret Clearance.
• Industry recognized Agile certification (Scaled Agile, Scrum.org, Scrum, Inc., Scrum Alliance, or PMI).
• Demonstrated Program/Project Management and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and coordinate work with common goals.

Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a facilitator for ART level events and processes, including Value Stream Mapping, Roadmap creation, Backlog management, and Program Increment (PI) Planning. You will work as an Agile coach with mission owners, stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to ensure alignment with Agile/DevSecOps principles. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
