Job summary

Experis is seeking a Scrum Master to join a leader in financial services supporting Front Office teams in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on guiding agile adoption and SAFe across multiple teams, driving a shift from waterfall to iterative delivery and removing impediments to accelerate delivery.

You will partner with stakeholders to align goals with business objectives, coach teams on agile practices, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Capital Markets division.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with Project Management background, ideally within Capital Markets.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change management initiatives and influence organizational transformation.
• Experience working with Front Office teams in a financial services environment.

• Lead the transition from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within the organization.

As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Capital Markets division supporting Front Office teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite every week)
