Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Scrum Master in Charlotte, NC to lead the transition from waterfall to Agile and to establish and grow Scrum teams across the organization. You will coach teams in Scrum and SAFe, facilitate ceremonies, partner with stakeholders to align goals, remove impediments, and drive a culture of continuous improvement within Capital Markets.

This onsite-heavy role requires strong facilitation and change-management skills to influence the organization and deliver impactful

Job Title:

Scrum Master

Location:

Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite every week)

What's the Job?

• Lead the transition from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within the organization.
• Facilitate the establishment and growth of new Scrum teams, ensuring effective Agile adoption.
• Implement and promote SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across multiple teams and departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
• Support teams in removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with Project Management background, ideally within Capital Markets.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change management initiatives and influence organizational transformation.
• Experience working with Front Office teams in a financial services environment.
