Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to oversee the FMBT Interface team. You will guide Agile execution, facilitate sprint ceremonies, coordinate backlog activities, and ensure timely delivery against plans.

You will report on Agile metrics, manage dependencies across government programs, and support release readiness. A federal IT background and SAFe experience are highly valued; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years of Agile delivery experience, including Scrum Master roles.
Experience facilitating SAFe-based delivery and cross-team coordination.
Experience working in Federal IT programs; VA access preferred.
Proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, and GitHub.

Requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; approved adjudication required prior to onboarding
Ability to obtain and maintain VA access
5+ years of Agile delivery experience, including 3+ years serving as a Scrum Master on software development or systems integration programs
Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Agile metrics reporting
Experience supporting SAFe-based delivery, cross-team dependency management, and stakeholder coordination
Experience tracking risks, issues, action items, sprint progress, and delivery commitments in Government-approved tools
Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
Experience supporting Federal IT programs preferred
Experience supporting enterprise application implementations preferred
Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, GitHub, or similar tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent Agile certification
Experience supporting VA, federal financial management, or large-scale ERP modernization programs
Momentum Financials/iFAMS exposure preferred
Travel required up to 10%
