Job summary

Springhill Medical Center is seeking a Surgical Tech to join our operating team on a full-time days schedule with on-call responsibilities. The position runs Monday through Friday from 6a to 2:30p, with pre-employment drug screening required.

Candidates must meet one of two requirements: CST certification or extensive experience as a Scrub Tech with verifiable employment. Excellent customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment are essential.

Position Overview

This position is full-time days with call. Monday-Friday from 6a-2:30p.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Job Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program - certified surgical technologist (CST)
• Extensive experience as a Scrub Tech with employment validation (on the job training)

• Validation of high school diploma or equivalent.

• Applicant should be able to work in high-stress situations.
