Community Hospital is seeking a Certified Scrub Tech to join the on-site Surgery team in Grand Junction, CO. This role supports OR preparation, assists during surgery, and ensures sterility and counts are maintained.

Requirements include a high school diploma, CST certification, Colorado licensure, and current BLS. The position offers a hourly wage of $30.00–$34.50 plus a $10,000 bonus paid over 3 years and comprehensive benefits.

Position Highlights:

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• One (1) year of related experience preferred
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Required
• Current and unrestricted Colorado state licensure as a CST
• Current BLS

Compensation:

• The anticipated compensation range for this position is $30.00 - $34.50 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, education, experience, and other applicable factors.
• This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• Bonus: $10,000 (paid out over 3 years)
• Additional compensation may be available in the form of discretionary incentive or other compensation programs. Any such additional compensation is not guaranteed and is determined at the sole discretion of the organization based on applicable program terms, individual and/or organizational performance, and other eligibility requirements.

• Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505 before starting work.
