Baptist Health in Arkansas is seeking a Scrub Tech I for the Operating Room to assist the RN Circulating Nurse and uphold sterile technique throughout the perioperative process. This role supports surgical teams and participates in pre-, intra-, and post-operative activities in a fast-paced environment.
The position is part-time with variable shifts and on-call requirements; applicants must live within 30 minutes of the hospital and have a high school diploma or equivalent or be a new graduate

Summary:
The Scrub Tech I must know and be able to apply the principles of sterile technique. They must also be able to perform the duties of the Scrub Tech I before, during, and after surgery and work under the direction of the RN Circulating Nurse.
