Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Surgical Technician to support operative teams. You will prepare operating rooms, arrange equipment and ensure instruments are ready for procedures.

The role requires AR licensure as a Surgical Technician and involves 6:30am-3:00pm hours with on-call shifts Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be registered in Arkansas as a Surgical Technician.
• Experience assisting in surgical operations preferred.
• Ability to prepare OR and arrange instruments and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical operations and patient care during procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms before procedures and ensure sterility.
• Arrange and manage instruments and equipment for surgeries.
