Job summary

Mountain View Surgery Center of Scottsdale is seeking a PRN Surgical Technician to join our ambulatory center. You will scrub for surgical procedures and collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a sterile field and ensure efficient patient care.

The role requires a Surgical Technician Program completion, applicable state certification, and a strong understanding of aseptic techniques. Teamwork and clear communication with physicians and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication to collaborate with staff and physicians

Mountain View Surgery Center of Scottsdale is hiring a Surgical Technician PRN.

Mountain View Surgery Center of Scottsdale is a multispecialty center offering surgery for pain, orthopedics, neuro spine, and total joints.

Job Summary

The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred
• Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
• Must excel in teamwork and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, engage with patients, and coordinate with physicians
