Copeland in Natchitoches, LA, is seeking a team member to operate CNC machinery in the Scroll Machinery department during the night shift (3:50 PM–2:30 AM). You will set up machines, monitor output, and help ensure parts meet exact specifications while following safety and quality procedures.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 40 lbs, and willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.

**TEAM MEMBER-SCROLL MACHINERY NIGHTS \\*Pay Rate $19.92 per Hour\\***Night Shift: 3:50 PM- 2:30 AMBased in our **Natchitoches, LA** location you will work in our Scroll Machinery department. Join our team and start your journey today!**Essential Duties & Responsibilities*** Set up and operate numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate metallic parts.* Operates machinery/process in assigned area.* Work cross functionally between machines and areas.* Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.* Verifies conformance of work piece to specifications.* Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.* Assists in troubleshooting production problems.* Initiates and/or support process improvements and corresponding documentation.* Trains other team members in assigned operations as needed, working in a team environment.* Follow Work Instructions for each step of the process to meet acceptable production standards during and after training completed.* Maintain hourly/daily activity records supporting quality production.* Assure compliance to all safety, environmental and health standards, procedures, and practices* Other duties, as directed.**\\*Guaranteed wage progression every 3 months, for the first two years! \\*****Mathematical Skills:** Basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate simple percentages. Be able to add and subtract decimal values.
