Based in our **Sidney, OH location.**As a Production Team Member, you will support the manufacturing of Copeland compressors, condensing units, and component parts through manual assembly and the operation of automated equipment. Responsibilities include assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging compressors and sub-assemblies in accordance with production schedules, safety requirements, and quality standards within an ISO 9001 environment. Team members follow standardized work instructions, utilize hand and power tools, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure proper documentation of production activities.
