Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Tinplate, preferred.
• Crown will not sponsor applicants for any type of work visas.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs, safety rules, safety training, and practice Safe Start principles.
• Operate and tend a scroll shear; check squareness of plate with gauges.
• Check loads of plate for problems; fill out production reports and load tickets accurately.
• Use process control to maintain quality and monitor product quality.
