Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years manufacturing/production experience.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good record keeping skills.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.
• Standing, using hands, reaching with hands and arms.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery during shift.
• Check safety equipment, guards, and devices are in place.
• Inspect cups and coils for defects during changeovers.
• Load and unload materials; adjust settings for cup making and trimming.
• Identify and report quality issues; record data as required.
• Clear jams and perform daily/periodic lubrication of equipment.
