Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. in Faribault, MN is hiring for a Machine Operator on 1st shift. You will follow SOPs and safety rules, operate a scroll shear, and monitor quality while recording production data. Lifting up to 50 lbs and mechanical aptitude are required. Prior Tinplate knowledge is a plus, with overtime during busy periods.

Formación

• 18 years or older.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Tinplate is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow SOPs and safety rules and apply Safe Start principles.
• Operate and tend a scroll shear; visually check squareness and use gauges.
• Check loads of plate for problems before running; fill production reports and load tickets.
• Use process control to maintain quality of work and product.
