Overview

Location: Quincy, ILPay Range: $16.12 - $24.08 Hourly | Based on Relevant ExperienceSchedule: PRN (as needed), Monday – Friday

About the Role:

Quincy Medical Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Scribe to support our Family Practice providers on a PRN (as needed) basis. In this role, you will work closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to document patient encounters in real-time, allowing our clinicians to focus more on patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, medical documentation, or preparing for a future career in medicine.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately document provider-patient interactions during exams and procedures.

• Enter medical history, physical exam findings, lab/test results, and treatment plans into the electronic health record (EHR).

• Assist providers in navigating and completing documentation requirements.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all HIPAA regulations.

• Work as part of a care team to ensure quality and efficient care delivery.
