Job summary

Allevio is seeking a dedicated part-time Facility Scribe to support providers with detailed notes and to streamline patient flow, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, patient engagement, and coordination with care teams.

You will take notes during examinations, confirm patient information, assist in collecting consents and insurance details, and manage patient records with confidentiality in line with HIPAA requirements.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Facility Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Facility Scribe will be responsible for assisting providers in the delivery of excellent patient care through detailed scribing and facilitating a smooth process for patients.
