Bearon Manufacturing LLC in Landisville, PA, seeks a skilled Screw Machinist Set-Up Lead to join our precision components team. You will serve as the technical expert responsible for Davenport screw machines, performing full setups, tooling changes, and adjustments to meet exact specs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex machine and programming issues, conducting First Article and in-process inspections with calipers and micrometers, and ensuring strict adherence to blueprints and

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive hands-on experience setting up, troubleshooting, and operating Acme, New Britain, Wickman, or Davenport screw machines.
• Technical foundation through vocational training or related coursework.
• Experience in a metal manufacturing or machining environment.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints or schematics.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
