Job summary

TE Connectivity Rapho Park is seeking a CNC Screw Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) with a 10% shift premium. The role requires reading blueprints, operating Citizen, SR10, Tsugami, SR20 machines, and performing secondary tasks such as tumbling and cleaning.

Qualifications include US citizenship or lawful permanent residency, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or US Lawful Permanent Residency is required due to ITAR restrictions.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Ability to work overtime to meet production demands.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machining equipment and perform secondary tasks such as tumbling, reworking, and cleaning.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to accurately operate equipment.
• Troubleshoot operations and flow issues with the team.
• Perform quality checks and document defects.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and records of production quantities.
