Job summary

TE Connectivity Rapho Park in Manheim, PA is seeking a detail-oriented CNC operator to join our 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 pm–2:30 am) with a 10% shift premium. You will operate Screw Machines and milling equipment, read blueprints, and contribute to a safe, efficient production floor.

Responsibilities include performing quality checks, documenting defects, troubleshooting flow issues with the team, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship or lawful permanent residency required due to ITAR restrictions.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet company demands.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Operate CNC machining equipment and perform secondary tasks such as tumbling, reworking, and cleaning.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately operate CNC machinery.
• Work with team to troubleshoot operations and flow issues.
• Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards and document defects when identified.
• Meet documented and communicated standards for quality and productivity.
• Keep records of production quantities and time.
• Work safely with small hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Duties could include operating Screw Machines (Citizen SR10, Tsugami SR20), milling, shipping, and secondary work.

Shift and Schedule

This position will be working 2nd shift which works Monday to Thursday 4 pm – 2:30 am. Individuals working 2nd shift receive 10% shift premium on top of their hourly rate.

Qualifications

What your background should look like

• Due to ITAR restrictions, US Citizenship or US Lawful Permanent Residency is required for this position
• Use independent judgement and basic problem-solving skills to accomplish tasks
• Follow both written and verbal instructions, with a high attention to detail
• Flexibility to work overtime to meet company demands
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Relevant work experience

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time

Compensation

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.61- $28.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
