Qualifications

• 8–10 years hands-on experience with screw machines.
• Strong blueprint reading and cam/gear knowledge.
• Experience with Acme-Gridley and Davenport machines.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks for documenting designs.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes for screw machines.
• Determine speeds, feeds, tooling geometry for productivity.
• Design tooling layouts and machine setups.
• Lead setup optimization and reduce cycle times.
• Support quality issues and root cause investigations.
• Participate in Kaizen and cost reduction initiatives.
