Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. is seeking a Screen Value Stream Operator to support the earliest steps of the screenprint process in Falconer, NY.

Under supervision, you will handle stretching, coating, and burnroom tasks to ensure high-quality screens reach the printer. Typical duties include stretching, coating, washing, and preparing screens for printing; maintaining safety practices; and collaborating with a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school education desirable, but not required.
• Basic computer experience required—Excel, Word, tablet; able to locate and print files.
• Ability to read, problem solve, and work in a team.
• Reliable, responsible, able to perform repetitive tasks for hours.
• Stand for 8–10 hours daily; previous production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stretch, coat, wash screens as part of SVS workflow.
• Operate Direct to Screen machine to burn images into screens.
• Spray and wash out screens, fix flaws, and prepare them for printing.
• Maintain quality checks and follow safety practices per OSHA.
• Rotate duties and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
