Job summary

Champro Sports is seeking a Screen Print Reclaim Operator to reclaim, clean, and prepare screens for reuse in a production environment. The role focuses on removing ink and emulsion, maintaining safety and material quality, and ensuring screens are ready for next runs.

Responsibilities include cleaning, inspecting for damage, handling chemicals safely, and supporting coating and drying processes. Prior reclaim experience is a plus but not required, with a strong emphasis on detail and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with screen printing/reclaim is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic understanding of chemicals and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Remove ink, emulsion, and haze from used screens using reclaim chemicals and equipment.
• Wash, degrease, and dry screens to prepare them for re-coating.
• Inspect screens for damage, pinholes, or mesh issues and report or repair as needed.
• Maintain reclaim area cleanliness and organization.
• Properly handle, store, and dispose of chemicals according to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE.
• Assist with screen coating, drying, and staging when required.
• Meet production schedules and turnaround times for screen availability.
• Perform routine maintenance on reclaim equipment.
• Other duties as required.
