Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Screening Technology Operator in North Andover, MA to screen visitors and belongings, monitor access points, and support site protocols at a technology-focused location. You will provide courteous customer service while maintaining security procedures.

The role requires the ability to operate screening equipment, perform inspections, and respond calmly to incidents.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screen required.
18+ (21+ for armed roles) as applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and deliveries in accordance with access-control procedures; verify credentials and direct individuals to entry points.
Operate screening equipment and complete inspections while maintaining a professional, respectful, and customer-focused presence.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter; document security-related activities and report unusual conditions.
