We are looking for a Screening Operator (6am - 6:30pm) for our Plymouth, MI facility. In this role you will be responsible for the safe and efficient blending, mixing, screening, and packaging of powder products on a daily basis. This role is expected to meet or exceed all health, safety, environmental (HSE), quality, delivery, and productivity goals within the assigned area.
The Screening Operator coordinates and processes work orders in a timely manner, maintains accurate and detailed production records, and proactively identifies, communicates, and resolves issues related to safety, quality, maintenance, and production planning in collaboration with key stakeholders. This position also supports innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to advance world‑class processes and product quality.
