Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Screening Coordinator to join our team. You will verify identity and eligibility for screening, review study protocols, and perform essential administrative tasks within the screening department.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service by phone or in person, and escalate issues when necessary while maintaining organized source documents and compliance with protocols.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred in Life Sciences or Health.
• High School Diploma, GED or High School Diploma Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Verify identity and eligibility for screening.
• Verify source data captured during screening meets protocol requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties for the screening department.
• Provide high level customer service as first point of contact by phone or in person.
• Escalate problems when identified and maintain organized source documents.
• Review study protocol for assigned studies.
