Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in biology, life sciences, public health, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2 years of experience running research protocols preferred.
• Experience with FDA regulations and GCP preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee site screening schedules and pre-screen operations.
• Conduct pre-screen visits and assessments.
• Maintain understanding of study guidelines, including inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Explain study procedures, risks, benefits, and follow-up care to potential participants.
• Perform screening exams to determine health status for studies.
• Create and maintain call logs and candidate records with contact details.
• Oversee site screening schedules to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Track pending items (medical records, labs, eligibility) to support decisions.
• Communicate risks or delays to leadership and help resolve them.
• Follow standardized pre-screening workflows for consistency and quality.
