JOB SUMMARY:

Meets a variety of guest-related information needs for the Guest Services Center, promoting a professional and positive image of the Information Services Program and Medical Center.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED equivalent with three years of work experience.

University level courses taken in communications, psychology, or a related area preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Solves problems and provide referral services information for both internal and external requestors.
• Provides directions for visitors to the Medical Center.
• Provides information relative to Medical Center policies and procedures.
• Uses the computer system to obtain requested information.
• Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
