Job summary

RiteScreen is seeking a motivated Screener to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You’ll install screen mesh, assemble finished products, and monitor quality throughout production to ensure we deliver reliable screens to customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and operational efficiency, with on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within a leading screen manufacturer known for quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Window and door industry experience is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install screen mesh into pre-assembled frames using hand tools.
• Assemble finished products according to quality standards.
• Keep production moving efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process and identify defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety procedures.

What You'll Do

As a Screener, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality products for our customers.

Build Quality Products

• Install screen mesh into pre-assembled frames using hand tools.
• Assemble finished products according to quality standards.
• Keep production moving efficiently and accurately.

Ensure Quality

• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify defects or inconsistencies and address them promptly.
• Help maintain RiteScreen's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Support a Safe Workplace

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work as a Team

• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Cross-train and support other areas as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.
