Job summary

RiteScreen is hiring a Screener in Elizabethville, Pennsylvania to support our production of window and door screens. You will install mesh, assemble finished products, and help ensure quality while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

This hands-on role offers on-the-job training, competitive pay, and benefits. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and a positive attitude is valued for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Window and door industry experience is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install screen mesh into pre-assembled frames using hand tools.
• Assemble finished products according to quality standards.
• Keep production moving efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify defects or inconsistencies and address them promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
