4imprint is seeking a Screen Room Operator for the 1st shift at our Appleton, WI facility. In this role you will produce screen printed garments, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, efficient work area in a high-volume production setting.

You will interpret work orders, operate ink mixing and coater equipment, and support continuous process improvements. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent. We’ll work with you on your journey to earning this equivalency within your first year of employment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to adapt to a swiftly changing work environment.
• Detail oriented with a professional attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of responsibilities.
• Daily reclaiming, shooting, coating, taping and blocking all screens as needed in production.
• Operate reclaim/coat/imag e equipment as trained.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment for smooth output.
• Assist in other areas when time allows.
