4imprint, Inc. is seeking a Screen Print Production Flow Supervisor in Appleton, WI. This full-time role oversees the screen printing department, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, with reporting to the Screen Printing Production Manager. The ideal candidate has at least an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in a lead/supervisory role, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on feet.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities for the team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
