Job summary

4imprint in Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking a Screen Room Operator on the first shift (6:30am-3:00pm) or second shift with a premium, to produce screen printed garments in a fast-paced production environment.

You will interpret work orders, reclaim, coat, mix inks, operate printing equipment, maintain clean workspace, and ensure safety. High school diploma required; ability to lift 50 pounds; team and detail oriented; drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution.
• Daily reclaiming, shooting, coating, taping and blocking screens as needed in production.
• Operate screen printing machines and ink mixing/related equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety procedures.
• Participate in training and cross-functional support as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
