Job summary

4imprint, Inc. in Appleton, WI seeks a dedicated Screen Room Operator to join our production team. You will produce screen-printed garments in a fast-paced environment, ensuring artwork is accurately reproduced while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role offers 1st shift (6:30am–3:00pm) and 2nd shift (Week A/B) with pay from $18.50 to $20.50 per hour, plus a shift premium on the second shift. Reports to the Production Manager and requires reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in fast-paced production environment is preferred.
• Detail oriented with professional attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution.
• Reclaiming, shooting, coating, taping and blocking screens as needed.
• Operate ink mixing system and color matching for production.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist other areas as time allows and participate in training.
