Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years' experience operating flat bed rotary wide web screen presses (or similar screen presses).
Focused on high quality printing while maintaining a clean and safe work space.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent color matching and registration experience.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Set up, operation and maintenance of the flat bed rotary wide format screen presses.
Read and interpret job orders and print jobs according to client specifications.
Inspect printing and make adjustments as needed during press runs.
Work closely with printing crews to ensure jobs meet and/or exceed client expectations.
Work closely with print supervisor to ensure that quality and on-time production specs are met.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
