The role focuses on ensuring print registration accuracy, high uptime, and efficient shift performance while adhering to safety and 5S practices on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on screen printing experience in a commercial or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience printing on metal or rigid substrates preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and deep understanding of inks/emulsions/ Screen printing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate manual and automated screen printing presses, exposure units, squeegees, and curing ovens according to schedule and specs.
• Prepare, mix, and test inks to match color swatches and viscosity standards; inspect for misregistration and ink issues across substrates.
• Diagnose and resolve screen printing defects; perform routine cleaning, screen reclamation, and preventive maintenance on printing equipment.
• Monitor ink, mesh, emulsion, and substrate usage to reduce scrap and reprints; track daily shift output for leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S-compliant workstation and handle solvents and inks per safety guidelines.
