Job summary

CBL Custom Apparel is seeking a Screen Printing Press Operator to join its production team. The role involves operating automatic and manual presses to produce high-quality apparel for local and national clients.

You will read work orders, troubleshoot production issues, and help maintain efficiency while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate has at least two years of screen printing experience, familiarity with M&R or Workhorse equipment, and a solid grasp of embroidery and heat transfer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of screen printing experience.
• Experience operating screen printing equipment; M&R and Workhorse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of screen printing best practices, heat transfers, and embroidery processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic math proficiency required.
