Job summary

GoTeez Clothing Company is seeking an experienced Automatic Screen Print Press Operator to join our high-volume apparel production team. This hands-on role requires real production experience operating automatic presses and ensuring consistent ink application and registration.

You will set up multi-color jobs, monitor runs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clean, organized workstations to meet daily output goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running automatic screen printing presses.
• Experience with M&R screen printing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of registration, ink control, and print quality.
• Ability to set up and run multi-color jobs.
• Experience with plastisol inks.

IMPORTANT: If you have NOT run an automatic screen printing press before, please do NOT apply. This position requires real production experience.

We are looking for someone who already understands the screen printing process and can step into a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience running an automatic screen printing press
• Experience operating M&R screen printing equipment
• Strong understanding of registration, ink control, and print quality
• Ability to set up and run multi-color jobs
• Experience with plastisol inks
• Ability to maintain consistent print quality during long runs
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced production shop
