Grimco is seeking a Machine Operator/Screen Printing Associate for our Owensville, MO facility. This full-time role operates flatbed presses, performs pre-print set-up, and ensures accurate registration, ink viscosity, color, and print quality.

You will read production paperwork and collaborate with the team to maintain quality and efficiency. The position emphasizes quick, neat work, strong communication with the lead, and a willingness to stand throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform machines pre-print set-up and check.
• Ensure registration, ink viscosity, color, and print quality on Flatbed presses.
• Catching signs of the conveyor belt and preparing them for the next stage.
• Maintain optimum production rate, registration, and quality standards within guidelines.
• Make press adjustments when necessary.
• Comprehend production paperwork to reassure correct image, ink and material used for jobs.
• Run, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery.
• Other duties as assigned
• Motivate by example—partner with employees to perform daily activities and continuously improve performance.
