Job summary

Grimco is seeking a production team member in Owensville, MO to support our sign industry manufacturing operations. You will perform machine set-up, monitor quality, and assist with in-line production tasks to keep our presses running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to lift up to 65 pounds, stand for long periods, and work well in a team. Training is provided, and opportunities exist for growth within Grimco’s North American network.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 65 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Prolonged standing, bending, stooping and reaching daily.
• Must read and write and follow production paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform machines pre-print set-up and check.
• Ensure registration, ink viscosity, color, and print quality on flatbed presses.
• Catching signs of the conveyor belt issues and preparing items for the next stage.
• Maintain optimum production rate, registration, and quality standards within guidelines.
• Make press adjustments as necessary.
• Run, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Support the team through daily activities and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned
