Job summary

GoTeez Clothing Company in Alcoa, TN is seeking an experienced Automatic Press Operator to set up and run high-volume screen printing presses. You will ensure multi-color prints meet specs and maintain production pace without sacrificing quality.

This is a hands-on role on site, with opportunities to train assistants, troubleshoot presses, and contribute to on-time deliveries. Pay is commensurate with experience, plus perks like free branded Tees, year-round beverages, and a private break room.

• Proven experience operating an automatic screen printing press.
• <140 chars; ensure ink, mesh counts, and color matching are understood.
• Able to read and follow job specs and production orders.

The Automatic Press Operator is the quarterback of the job. You set the pace and ensure each job is set up for success. If you know your way around an M&R press, we want to talk. GoTeez is a high-volume licensed screen printing company and we need an experienced press operator who can run clean prints, set up multi-color jobs, and keep production moving without sacrificing quality.

This isn’t a job where you punch in and check out. We take pride in what comes off our press, and we need someone who does too.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses
• Manage multi-color registrations and ensure print accuracy
• Perform screen changes, color matching, and press adjustments as needed
