Trans-Tech in Maryland is seeking a Screen Print Operator/Machine Operator to join our production team. The role involves setting up and operating automatic or semi-automatic screen-printing machines and inspecting parts against tolerances.

Shift options include first shift 6:00 am–2:30 pm or second shift 2:00 pm–10:30 pm after training on the first shift. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2–3 years of fast-paced manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ability to read process documentation and assembly drawings.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and set up screens per work instructions.
• Mix and prep printing material.
• Operate screen-printing machine.
• Perform pre- and post-inspections of parts.
