Job summary

Trans-Tech in Maryland is seeking a Screen Print Operator / Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This full-time role involves operating automatic or semi-automatic screen-printing equipment, setting up screens, inspecting parts, and meeting run-rate targets.

The position offers 1st and 2nd shift options after training, with hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, life insurance, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend process documentation including Bills of Materials and Assembly drawings.
• Visual acuity to inspect for product defects.
• Communicate well in English, both verbally and in written format.
• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prior screen-printing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and set up screens per work instructions and travelers.
• Mix and prep printing material.
• Operate screen-printing machine.
• Pre-inspection and post-inspection of parts.
